I got the PC download of Sims 3 and I can't find the Serial Code. Where can I find it?

Please open your Origin client and right-click on the Sims icon in your client. You will see "Show Game Details" in the menu. Please click on this.
The client will then open the detail page for your Sims game. Your game code can be seen there.

I have followed you instructions however this just brings me to the play menu. No serial code. Please help
@edepronio91 Under the Play button, click the gear icon (Settings), then choose Game Properties. Your CD key should be listed there.
