Where can I find the pets I downloaded from the exchange?

I have two questions actually: First of all; I can't find the pets I downloaded from the Exchange, even though the game indicates that they are installed (I clicked add to game and it installed fine...

Actually, I fixed the first problem. However, the problem of not being able to adopt pets in game continues.
