Sisoleen You can't reuse your codes, even on the same account. But they should already be tied to your EA account. So just sign into the EA App with the email and password you used originally, and the content should appear in your account.
If you never registered the packs in Origin, but did so on the old Sims 3 site, that counts as well, and there would be an EA account with the same information and the content attached to it.
