why are some of my purchases not checked for the complete your set , sometimes it showes a few items sometimes none.

The Game Advisor said that this seems to be a glitch in the website and that they would report this issue / forward it to the studio. And they did. It can take a while until the Sims 3 team has found the source of this glitch.
