Why can I not purchase sims 3 monte vista from the store?
I wanted to buy monte vista bundle for my sims 3 on steam but when i go to purchase a 404 error comes up on the EA website.

@kreppto When in the process are you seeing the 404 error, and what browser are you using? I tried just now, in a private Chrome window, and had no trouble proceeding until I got to the payment details pop-up. (I already own MV and wasn't going to buy it again.) It's worth trying a different browser, whether the problem is the browser itself or some extension you've installed.
If that doesn't work, you can install the EA App, temporarily, and buy Monte Vista through that. You don't need to have Sims 3 installed through the App, or technically at all, and this won't convert or update your existing Steam-installed game.
I also want to point out that the Sims 3 Worlds Bundle is the same price as Monte Vista alone and also includes Hidden Springs. It's available both in the App and on the website:

If you already own HS, I'm sure you could find someone who would put the extra code to good use.
