why can't we save more simpoints in the sim 3 free? he doesn't appear

every time I access the sims 3 official website with my account, the small blue square that was on the left side offering you to earn simpoints doesn't appear anymore...could you help me?!

@juju_juliana That promotion was retired several years ago and is not available anymore. The only ways to earn free SimPoints now are by registering The Sims 3 base game or World Adventures Expansion Pack.

Some players have reported getting free SimPoints for other Expansion Packs, but that is a hit-or-miss situation that is not supported officially.
