Why cant you use the serial code twice
my daughter deleted the sims 3 and i am trying to get it back but when i type in the serial code it says it has been used what am i supposed to do

I have the same problem. But I can't log in to my original account cause it got deleted.
@AphmauAndEin You can try contacting EA customer support to see if there's any way to recover your old account, or to merge it with your current one. But other than that, you unfortunately might be out of luck.
