Why didn't i get the free simpoints when i registered my game?

you have to redeem the free simpoints go to your my page your account
'Redeem your SimPoints,' right under your avatar.
Click on the 'Redeem Free SimPoints' orange button.

Were you able to solve this issue? I'm having the same problem, but the ea tech support told me to write on the forum to seek an answer.

@sara_ester96 Which packs did you buy, and have you registered them in either Origin or the Sims 3 store? Please keep in mind that free SimPoints are only offered for the base game and World Adventures; some exceptions notwithstanding, the offer is not available for other packs.

When you're signed into the store site, you should see a button to redeem points on the left of your screen. If it's not there, try a different browser; then try clearing all of your browser caches including the one for Internet Explorer. Even if you never use it, the store does for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites.
