12 years agoWhy doesn't my origin account have my games in it?
I downloaded this game a long time ago and then stopped playing for a while. When I came back to play the games I had purchased were not there and I wasprompted to reenter my poduct code and told to update my origin account. I attempted to enter my code but it says that it has already been used so what do I do now?
It's possible that you registered the game to a different account. To find that out, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
