So, I just tried to open the launcher and this morning I am getting "There was an error during startup see log for more details." The issues keep changing back and forth. I am beyond confused!:womansad:

Thank you.:heart: The reset cleared the error. But, my downloads are still gone so I am done with all this stuff for now.:womanfrustrated:
I am so tired of all this drama every time a new game or EP comes out I am not so sure that I even want to think about buying Sims 4
when it comes out next year.:womanfrustrated:

You might need to redownload everything from your purchase history.

The downloads that I am having a hard time with are not from the Sims3.com website. But, they were working until I installed Island Paradise.

What kind of files are those ? We're not really allowed to talk about custom content on here (cause it's not supported by EA)
You might wanna post in the official forum at theims3.com for that.

Gotcha. Thanks so much for trying to help. But, the downloads are not from the Sims3.com site either. I guess we can close this issue out since it is but it isn't an EA issue.
