why is the sims 3 buymode taking so long to load

I was decorating my teen sim's bedroom, when I was about to screenshot it I realized that I forgotten so I went back to buy mode. But then I discovered that it didn't load property. Then I tried goin...

I tried all 3 of them and it's not doing anything. My game is frozen.
