Talk about timing! I am just going through the same thing now. They only want email and live chat for billing and account issues. I should contact them and state "Yes, I have a billing issue. I'm not going to pay until you fix the technical problem I'm having!" It's ridiculous.
I feel you. I'm having issues and have no idea why, I've been messing with it the last hour and still don't get whats wrong. I'm pissed that there is no phone number to get a hold of them. Ridiculios.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one... I was starting to think I was going mad, and that night their online live support tech chat window wasn't working, so I never got there and had to resort to ice-cream to resolve my frustration ☹️
