why is there no email address for tech support?????

I have paid £20 for a game that does not work. Why on earth is there no email address? I have spent 45 mins faffing around getting progressively more frustrated with EA. If they at least provided an ...

I'm glad I wasn't the only one... I was starting to think I was going mad, and that night their online live support tech chat window wasn't working, so I never got there and had to resort to ice-cream to resolve my frustration ☹️

I don't think EA have an option for email anymore. Try here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
