Why isn’t the sims 3 store not working,don’t buy any sims game.

So why is it when I try to go my store account and the store on the sims 3 website,it always crashes but every other places on the site besides the sims 3 store.and I would like to know how the heck ...

And I have video proof of what’s going on,but it won’t let me load the content,lame.

@1b64898e74fedeb1 I also have that issue... I bought the game and all the DLCs, I installed all the games (online / no CD) the launch game window pops. I click the play button and loads 3 seconds and nothing happens.
