Why won't my Sims 3 Supernatural download?

Question

When I try to download my Sims 3 Supernatural, it brings up an error called "File:E:\GameData\Shared\Packages\FullBuild_p15.package&nbsp;&nbsp; Error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)., I have o clue hat this means, because it downloads all of my other expansion packs, but not this one. What should I do?
