Windows Cannot find Origin Client Service.exe

Hi EA,

My downloads aren't working anymore. Every time i wanna install a download there is a problem with the game. It says ''

Windows cannot find: C:\program files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\Game_Win32.exe"  "Make sure you typed the name in correctly and try again''.

How can i solve this problem without uninstall the game?
