same here!
I've already redeemed the code but it won't appear in my purchased history
And I tried the 2 codes that came within the package
all I've gotten in my history of purchase were 2 download options for celtic itens (don't remenber the name of the package)

it may be possiable you got two codes for celtic lands when you should have been given a code for dragon valley and one for celtic lands
try to contact CS about that

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I am having a similar issue. I install the disc but it never prompts me to put in the code it just says it had been successfully installed. However, there is no icon on my desktop for it and selecting auto play just goes through the installation again. I also tried redeeming the code online and the code for my original sims 3 game but it won't accept them.
I agree that EA should go back to the way things were. I don't even use online play when I'm playing my games.
