Wont let me buy Simpoints
Whenever I try and use my credit card it says that the info was put in incorrectly. I checked my card number which I have used before to buy simpoints. I called my bank to make sure my card was okay and its fine. I also used Internet Explorer and Google Chrome to buy the points.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
