Won't Let me download sims
Every time I try to download a sim from the exchange it says I have to have games registered. I already have my gasmes registered so I do not know what to do.

Items in the Exchange frequently need items from expansion packs and these proprietary items won't be included in the download and you are expected to have the packs. The Exchange checks to see if you have those packs registered.
