EA is having issues with the icons showing up correctly. If you have registered the game you should be fine.
To make sure, contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to see if the games really are

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

The problems you are seeing probably have a different cause
1. What happens exactly ? Does the home world not load ? Does that happen on all your games or just one ?
