World adventures lost relic glitch

I have gone through all the steps and fully explored the temple of heaven to find the relic. Once I picked up the relic, it did not change my quest status. It was the correct one, it was lit up like the quest item always is, in a chest. Please help! I tried putting it back and picking it up again but nothing!
