georgina7ames Did you delete or move the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? If not, that would be the next step. And where is Sims 3 currently installed? You can see in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > View properties.
Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
