Try firefox or internet explorer. Chrome has it's issue witht the launcher.

I've tried internet explorer too and it still won't download. I get one or two pop ups about me authorizing the download, I authorize it, and nothing happens.
Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)
