I've downloaded the Mac version of the game from 'GameTree Mac' and having downloaded it, when I come to open and play the game it asks me to re-enter the registration code. I have done this several times but it seems to reject the code I was given in the conformation email as the window pops up again. What do I do or how do I solve this?

Can I just say that me and a bunch of other people seem to be having this same issue and I can't seem to get in contact with EA at all!!

Do you not get any options ? You need to choose a game, a category and a platform, then at least Email should light up.
If it doesn't make sure to choose US as your country.
The browser might also be an issue. Firefox works well for me.
Yeah, it's a bit complicated (I think they've changed that to the worse).
