if your getting those numbers then there might be some fraps program on your computer fraps is frame rates display per seconds for video capturing stuff like that
edit to add an after thought if some how you accidently turned on the fps testingcheatsenabled true then type in fps on but since your are on try turn it off testingcheatsenabled true fps off then testingcheatsenabled false
Nothing happened. Is there another way of turning it off?

mine is an amd so it's icon is in the botom right of the desktop i right click it then click catalyst control panel then check in the settings somewhere after that i'l out of ideas...sorry ..☹️ but if you get an answer on the ts3 let us know here too as it may help someone else
