[ARCHIVED] [CD] [GTW] Retail worker/vets don't spawn for business as customer

Hi - I play on PS5, have FAME turned on (aka the opt out option is unchecked) and no employees are showing up for owned retail stores when visiting as a customer. 

Yes my game on ps4 has the latest patch update.

Ive tried everything at this point hired a new staff… replaced the store with a different one…. sold the store then bought it back…. only one of my stores works and it’s a art gallery none of my other retail stores work unless you just want to buy clothes … sad very sad especially I spent my money on this game to do this exact thing own a retail store
