[ARCHIVED] [CL] [DU] San Myshuno/Brichester full of Litter/Bikes

I've been having this issue as well for weeks now, can't delete them and the game just keeps getting laggier and laggier the more junk piles up in the streets. I've already copied all households from my old save into a brand new save once so all the cups and stuff would be gone, but that can't be the way to solve this...
