[ARCHIVED] [CL] Neighbor won’t stop making noise

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, dogs and cats, city living, get to work, luxury party stuff, laundry day stuff, jungle adventure, holiday celebration pack, fashion street kit, dream home decorator,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In city-living when you have the challenge "partying neighbors".
What happens when the bug occurs? When you complain about the noise and the neighbor comes out and apologise the noise still keeps on going and does so my sim can't sleep. Even if i use shift and reset the door to the neighbors apartment.
What do you expect to see? That the noise goes away after the neighbor apologises
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to ask neighbors next door in City living to stop making so much noise
    What happens when the bug occurs? My sim goes up to the door, the neighbor comes out, my sim complains about the noise, the neighbor goes back inside and the noise continues.
    What do you expect to see? When my sims complain about the noise the neighbor stops making the noise
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    This occurs in City Living, and the neighbor always comes up, and the notification saying that they’ll stop also always pops up, but then the noise never stops and my sims can’t sleep no matter how many times I make them complain.
