[ARCHIVED] Custom pronoun not applying - Social Notifications
I tried to hook up one sim with another sim who uses they/them. In the little notification bubble it did use they/them, however it used the wrong tense. It said: "I'll introduce myself when I see their.", instead of "them". I tried it with another sim and the same happened.
in the new growing together pack, the NPC Kyle Kyleson asked to move in with my sim, and when i said no, the notification uses 'their' where 'them' should be.
So I have a sim named Bri, and they use they/them pronouns. Some background information is that my other sim named Skylar got a popup from her ex-fling about asking if they should date her kid (Bri) (I know this sounds really weird. Their mom's ex-fling is asking if they would like to date them). Everything was fine up until it said, "They IS" Which isn't grammatically correct. And I just think that something like this would be an easy fix, and would help the game.
You chose these pronouns. The game just honor what you decided on. But yes also in the real world choosing this pronoun gives the same problem. I know of one example where a singer chose this but shortly after changed back. Don't remember the name though.

This occured when my sim had unassigned pronouns (aka went with default She/Her) too. I though assigning She/Her literally, would fix the issue, but it didn't. (The problem also occured for other game texts, but I can't remember which ones those are.)
I'd expect the game to reflect the pronouns chosen (or default by frame) at all times, not just sometimes. Regardless of what kinds of pronouns those are.
Hi! My sims has they/them pronouns and I noticed an issue in one of the interaction pop-ups (when I hover over "ask to be woohoo partners" for a sim I already know is uninterested) it uses "their" when it should be "them" (see image, ignore that I'm trying to woohoo the Grim Reaper).
My sim is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns. This phone call pop up consistently refers to them as 'mom' or 'mommy' as opposed to the gender neutral 'parent.' Additionally the last sentence has a pronoun related grammar mistake. It reads "...you love their, can't you?' when it should be "...you love them, can't you?"
