[ARCHIVED] [ECO] [PC/MAC] Flickering Textures in Evergreen Harbour

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own and play with all the packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing in Evergreen Harbor, I have an apartment in Conifer Station at Pinecrest Apartments. I own the apartment on the left. When looking at the apartment in the background, you can see Z-Fighting on one of the patios.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug only occurs at certain zoom levels, Such as when zoomed in on my sim I can see the Z-Fighting in the back. The two textures that are fighting are the patio texture on the lowest level and the pavement. (look at attached pictures and video)
What do you expect to see? I would expect it to only show the patio texture and not fighting between two different textures
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I'm also still waiting for it to be resolved. Fortunately, only one of the three worlds is flickering and only the area around the rented house, but the problem should have been solved a long time ago. It's extremely disruptive to the gaming experience and the world is already relatively old.

    Oh man, now it's been two more years and no fix. Do you know if anyone from EA even reads these posts? Is there someone I can tag? It's a really distracting bug, I ended up loading an older save and losing progress because of it. It's ridiculous how buggy TS4 is considering the resources at EA's disposal and the popularity of the franchise.

    I am now having these issues as well - I did notice that when your apartment upgrades due to modern development it places double the items it changes 

    Double Doors - so my neighbors keep coming in without being invited in

    Double windows - try to pick up a window and youll have one and still have another placed 

    Double decor items - the striped columns again can pick one up and theres a second underneath it still

    I feel this is the issue thats happening instead of replacing the old its just stacking items on top which makes the textures flicker

    Makes the world really unpleasant to play in
