[ARCHIVED] Fire announced but there is no Fire on Lot

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? come back to a home in Forgotton Hollow or enter a game lot in Forgotten Hollow
What happens when the bug occurs? It announces a fire has started in the Lot but no fire is in the Lot
What do you expect to see? a fire somewherein the Lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Eco Lifestyle Pack and Game Update before this Pack.

I would expect to see a fire on the Lot but I cannot find one. No Sprinklers are activated and the Firemen just stand around outside the Lot until I send them away. I then get insurance money.

This has happened four times.

    Do you by chance have Bombardier beetles? I'm not 100% positive, but I THINK that's what caused the fire on my lot.

    I've had this at least twice before on different saves and different lots. Nothing really triggers it.

    I see the warning in the corner of the screen that a fire has started, I hear that the fire has started, but because i can't see the fire, I can't get rid of it. No sprinklers activated, I needed to quit the game without saving every time.

    As I've had this a couple times over the years, that's just my go-to how I deal with it. it's not a fix and especially annoying if you've been playing for more than a few minutes and haven't saved between, but most times there's no fire the next time.
