@letmeliev I have the same problem. no vendor appears, the other NPCs appear, but the vendor does not. I dont have mods.

    I'm having the same issue! No vendor appears when I go to the boba tea & thrift shop.

      Same here! Have you found a solution for this? I get mixologists in bars, it's only the boba tea that isn't serviced...

        Just to add: I've tried the other solutions (turning off fame, waiting at the lot for a new event to start, replacing the boba stand with a new one) and still no vendor to buy boba

      Same, plus when I arrived at the lot there were 14 different event notifications at the same time !

      several each of fashion show, poetry night and comedy night I think
