hello, i have a problem after the sims 4 update which was taken in july 2024. i have 2 sims, one is appearing that he can go to school window what to do as a teenager the other does not have window i have a scenario from 0 to a million but this is some game error there is no sim this window that he wants to exercise etc. i'm asking to fix the error. i have mods. i use them but i turned off the mods. i fixed the game 3 times. nothing works. i play with teenagers at school. i play on a laptop on the ea app platform. please fix the error because i can't play any longer. i repaired the game on a new save save i checked the game and nothing game error due to update please fix the error
