I'm having the issue too where the first teen gets the task but their siblings do not. The issue shows up in all households and worlds. I have different worlds with different families that have different lifestyles.

Rancher, Aliens, Mermaids, Vampire/Werewolves, spellcasters, etc, and all of them have this glitch.
