I had although I also needed to remove one more trait from lovestruck and werewolf. Overall game allowed me to go further with rebirth after running:
traits.remove_trait love_Poly (trait from paragon partner I believe)
traits.remove_trait untroubled
traits.remove_trait trait_occultwerewolf
If I had any of those traits then the sim just dissapears. The interesting part is that it takes always first 18 aspiration traits before everything glitches. I believe game is trying to reset a sim by removing each trait one by one, clearing relationship etc. but fails with badly handled errors. The game also gets slower the more traits your sim have (background turns black for few seconds before entering a cas). Hope this helps anyone (keep in mind that there might be more traits clashing with the way rebirth handles current sim state - I only encountered this combination with 100% reproduction rate so far).

Is someone having issues trying to rebirth a sim that has at least one of these traits? I’m still trying to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. I’m guessing it could be because of the reward traits but I’m not sure.
