[ARCHIVED] Nannies will continue to appear after canceling nanny service

I'm now having this issue in my game.  My Sim family has 3 infants and only one parent, so she really needed the help. The nanny came helped a little, the infants kept jumping her queue so that she'd try to complete one task but even with the parent's help everything was a mess. I had the parent fire said nanny she finally left but within an hour the game said she was back only I couldn't see her. At one point I had one infant vanish that I had to reset to get back.  It seems that the nanny was invisible at this point and trying to take the infants off lot or help with them.  I haven't played since because of the invisible nanny and how aggravating the game has gotten because of this bug.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all but Journey to Batuu, Vintage Glamour, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party, Backyard, Modern Luxe, Poolside Splash, Bathroom Clutter, Simtimates collection, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, First Fits, Decor to the Max, Icheon Arrivals, Throwback Fit, Carnaval Streetwear, Fashion Street, Moonlight Chic, and Modern Menswear Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your adult sim hire a Nanny and then Fire the Nanny after she/he arrives.
What happens when the bug occurs? When your adult Sim fires the Nanny he/she will be fired, go off lot, only to return within the hour (with a pop up message stating they are there), but Nanny is invisible. While nanny is invisible she/he will try to take care of the child but end up taking it off lot or on the ground in weird areas.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that the nannies work properly and/or semi-efficiently within my household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Just CC (only 7 and only hair) no mods.
