Ok, that all looks as it should. Can you do a super repair - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M815
Then, rename the Sims 4 folder in the Documents > Electronic Arts folder so a new one is created (because you're already moved one to the desktop) . Load the game, start a new household and see if it works as it should. Let me know how you get on 🙂
Not sure if I did something wrong, but I thought I did everything you said to do and it is still giving me the same issues. 😞

If anyone is willing to share the broken save (any any before save you might have), please upload to google or one drive and PM me the link.
After some initial testing, I discovered that when i was playing the game without any mods, it had seemed like everything was back to normal, no problems with any of the lots too. Though this only got fixed "When I removed the mod however, when i started a new game after deleting an old save, everything was back to normal" When I noticed that when did another test on starting a new game(WITH THE MOD this time) the problem had came back after making another new game/loading current game. and after restarting the game "without mod again" the problem was still there. I figured that something could be wrong with the mod I currently used once heres a link: [Removed by CM]. those who wish to look into this mod, i suggest you please look into it very carefully, test it yourself, and if you have noticed what might be the cause of the bug, please notify me at once. Because I do think there might be a problem with the mod itself. and I do want SaveState to know about this at once, so if he can help make it a bit more compatible for next time i play.
