this world/save requires The savestate mod as I worked very hard on my attempt at recreating my first world, before the bug showed up, as to I can make sure the problem was solved but everything else still stays the same

I decided to conduct a little experiment today, on my own, and yes I am aware of the bug and its existence still remains in contact, that is why I am going to test the game, only this time, I WILL NOT USE ANY OF THE GAME PACKS, the reason why is That I believe why this Incomplete symbol keeps reappearing around different lots alongside residental lots, I believe that one of the Extra Content, Expansion, Game Pack, Stuff Pack, AND Kit pack, may have been infected somehow, I will only play it without the packs right now and later on reinstall 1 Pack at a time to see if anything failed to download, yet still worked at the same time, keep in mind I am willing for other players/BETA Testers who are willing to figure out the cause of all this, and see if any of the packs has anything to do with this bug.
