[ARCHIVED] Orange/Green Exclamation signs over lots / Houses disappear

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Cats and Dogs Discover University Get Famous Seasons Parenthood Laundry Day Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? Once created a new sim, chosen the season and it takes you to move them into a lot. All of the lots have a warning triangle over them and when you hover over it says 'cannot move sim in to non residential lots' even though they are residential lots.
What do you expect to see? To be able to click on any of the housing lots to move my sim into.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am having the above issue with my SIms 4 game, I have recently had a different issue and was told to uninstall and re install the game and now this has happened.
