So I have this sim I've been playing as for a really long time, since I got the game (2017-ish). I was playing the other night and redoing this sim's clothing when I noticed their model is a bit wonky? It's like their back section is misaligned and causing some visual errors. I have no clue what's causing it. All my other sims appear to be fine, it's just this one, and even really old versions of this sim I have saved in my gallery have this glitch.

Oddly enough, I realized it only seems to affect certain body poses? In the last two pics, you can see how the weird error is gone while my sim is wearing the sweater, since the model is different, but once it's taken off, the error is back.

I do usually play with mods, but I don't know if they're what's causing it. I've removed all mods from my game, but the error is still there. I've also tried repairing the game through Origin, but nothing seems to work. It's not a super big deal, I suppose, but it is kinda disappointing to have this sim that I've had for so long be glitched

Attached, I've added some screenshots of the broken parts of the model and included a screenshot showing the difference when a certain shirt that changes the model is applied.

    Hi and welcome to... <makes teeth sucking sound> the greatest show on Earth!

    If you're on PC / Mac / a platform you can mod on, I have shared a fix for this issue since 7/30/2024. You can find it in the SOLUTION post on the first page of this thread.

    In summary, certain files were broken in Update 7/23/2024 and despite me providing the fix and explaining the issue, it remains unresolved. Nothing is wrong with YOUR copy of the game and no amount of REPAIR will fix it.

    In fact, our bodies are broken. All of our bodies aged TEEN and up are broken. It doesn't matter if your sim is cisframe or transframe, however the issue is only visible under certain circumstances, which is why this Bug Report is only 7 pages long. I've explained how this affects each body type in my SOLUTION post.
