[ARCHIVED] Spine distortion on male Sims with female frame

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 2.04
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Life and death, horse ranch, highschool years, get to work, cottage living, realm of magic, werewolves, vampires, backyard, spooky.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim and change their body frame, then wear clothing that are the opposite gender of the frame.
What happens when the bug occurs? The spine pokes out or sucks in making shirts and pants look wrong.
What do you expect to see? Clothes to not glitch and fit like it does on regular sims who dont have different frames wearing masculine or feminine clothing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This only happens to sims with a different body frame selected, a masculine sim with a masculine frame wearing feminine clothing doesn't have the glitch, but a masculine sim with a feminine frame wearing masculine clothes does. It only occurs when the cloths are the opposite of the body frame type. pc players have made a downloadable patch but console is still stuck with the glitch.
