Learned something with this issue. It only happens if a sim adopted the toddler as a caregiver or they are parents. So I guess why it wasn't happening in my 7 toddler challenge since my sim wasn't the caregiver of the toddlers but as soon as I did adopt them so my sim is a caregiver. They started calling the adult to pick them up.

Hey everyone. I did have time to test the bugs but I'm having a connection Blackout that is not good for internet. So that means I can't install the new sims 4 update to test the bugs I reported. Until it gets fixed which means testing might be tomorrow morning or afternoon. Sorry I had to come to this but this is something I can not help. Messaging this with data.

    @Creeper545548 I see this as well, but not consistently. I can’t figure out what triggers it, but there’s still some weird routing in both toddlers and infants that seems to sometimes insist that they either must be picked up or put down first before they can talk.

      @PipMenace I can agree. I just found out that they also call Butlers too. It seems to be related to anyone who is their caregiver, parents or relatives. I only just saw your message.
