[ARCHIVED] Toddlers have level 5 Movement skill but walk like level 1

@Creeper545548 Yes I have notice this too recently because it had been fixed a while back... its the same old bug it seems because they will walk like a level one, if they are in sad or energized moodlet... I think the other moodlet are fine, but if anyone have notice them also walking slow when on other mood, let it know here. Thanks
