this bug was unfortunately NOT fixed in the hotfix

    seriously.. i was just repairing game after the install. was kinda hopeful..

      Geeez, i just tried creating a new spellcaster in cas with pure white eyes and they’re sticking. So maybe they fixed it for newly created sims but my legacy family still broken. The eyes still won’t stick on them.

    I was also bummed about it. I had a household I had saved before the patch, in CAS they seemed ok and I dropped them into a new save...random human eyes and no fangs sigh. Oh well. Thank god the fae ears stick, without pointed ears they'd look so weird.
