    @ArawnKnight89 How they know its under investigation bc i went to The Sims Direct Communications on X ( Twitter ) and theres nothing there, went to The Sims official website under News and Updates and there nothing new so how they know its under investigation ?

      Did you check the link I shared? I don't have all the info on what they are doing but after it's been reported it looks like the forum was put under investigation, I'm hope in the next couple of days they realized what caused it and fix it.

        @ArawnKnight89 Yes i did check, i asked bc those people are customers just like us. Does the people responsible for the game check the forum or its we ( the customers ) that change the status ( "reviewed", "under investigation" etc ). That is my question that i didn't made clear sorry.

    @ArawnKnight89 I would have never known about that page with the voting if you did not share that link. Hopefully those votes are not what ea uses to decide what and what not to fix since there is only 47 or 48 votes last I checked.
