I have the exact same bug with the vampires and spellcasters' eyes, since the October 22nd update; and I lately noticed the same kind of bug with my vamps' fangs, they simply disappear when I load livemode, even when I try to go in CAS from livemode to put them their fangs back, they will always disappear when loading livemode again.
I tried to create a whole new and empty savefile with all of my mods disabled to "test" the eye color's inconstrancy (I didn't pay attention to the fangs bug at that time) and everything was perfectly normal, it looks like it only touches my savefiles created before the October 22nd update - and I also tested them with all my mods disabled. Though, I have a vampire legacy on one of my savefiles that I'm playing in for +4 years now, and I am certainly not going to stop playing on it.
