No idea if it'll do it with other werewolves forms.

  • I just bought this pack, created a family of werewolves, had some kids...

And all my newborns have this weird wavy ears and missing the left eye.

    Why is that? 😢

I don`t want to go on each of all my new werewolves in game just to fix this glitch.

    Please EA fix 💔

It's purely anecdotal - and can't be the case for everyone due to console users having the problem too - but I could only replicate this if I used MCCC to cheat to make the Werewolf transform before their first "natural" transformation.

When my sim transforms into a werewolf their whole sim appearance changes....age, skin colour, clothing etc.  The appearance changes every time I load back into the game.

  • I had this issue a few weeks ago, and it was so bad that I had to remake an entire sim, because CAS would not fix her.  Even if I changed her face, I had to rechange it on every outfit, and then she'd turn ugly again if I had her change into the beekeeper outfit(which can't be edited in CAS at all).

Now her daughter is having this issue, but only in wolf form.  She looks normal in human form.  I can probably just fix her in CAS.

But it's bewildering to me that this pack had been out for so long and the same issue keeps coming up for so many people.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Werewolves, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Vampires, Toddler Stuff, Tiny Living, Strangerville, Spa Day, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Romatic Garden Stuff, Magic Realm, Parenthood, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, My First Pet Stuff, Moschino, Luxury Party Stuff, Laudry Day, Kids Room, Jungle Adventure, Island Living, High School Years, Growing Together, Get Together, Get To Work, Get Famous, Fashion Street, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Courtyard Oasis, Cottage Living, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Bust the Dust, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and find that the werewolf sim is deformed, especially the face.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims face is deformed and it doesn't change, not even when the werewolf sim turns to their werewolf form and then turns back to human. The human form is deformed. It's also defomed in CAS.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sim to show their original features and in a normal way.

Some werewolves have this issue in the human form. They show up completely deformed, especially the face.

If you try to edit it in CAS (with or without fulleditmode) nothing helps the face. The rest of the body, which also had weird deformities, reverted back to normal after putting new clothes to the sim. Trying to change the features of the face to other premade faces does not help. Changing the clothes, or hair, or removing them does nothing either. I removed everything including accessories and it changed nothing.

I tried to turn them to their werewolf form and back, but the human form still had this problem. They seem to show werewolf features in the human form (long mouth, dog ears). I also tried to remove the werewolf trait altogether, but the sim still shows this problem, even when they aren't a werewolf anymore. It seems it's broken forever. Uploading the sim to the gallery shows them deformed too.

The strange thing is I discovered the sims are perfectly fine in the winter clothes outfit, even when I removed every item they had. So, they are dressed exactly the same in every outfit, but the face looks deformed in all the outfits except the winter outfit.

I attach the images both from the sim "deformed" and the sim "normal" in the winter outfit.
