[BDK] Vacuuming won't pick up trash piles

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion packs, All Game packs, All Stuff packs except Home Chef Hustle.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Vacuum trash piles in the home.
What happens when the bug occurs? Will turn the house sparkling but will leave the trash piles. Trash piles have to then be picked up manually and brought to the garbage bin.
What do you expect to see? Vacuuming should pick up trash piles inside on the floor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Any patches made after April 2024. I haven't played since then and it was working fine.

garbage in right corner bathroom was vacuumed and not picked up by vacuum.  Sim is taking out garbage to the bin after vacuuming the living room to a sparkle and the trash piles were not picked up by the vacuum.
