[CCSP] School Jewelry Can't Be Used By Child Sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Create a household, one parent and one child sim. 2) Craft a piece of jewelry using Simanite or Emerald. 3) Have a child sim try to wear the jewelry. 4) Explain why a piece of jewelry thats supposed to be used for school performance can't be worn by one of the sims that actually goes to school.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see that jewelry, used specifically for school performance increases, is allowed to be used by all types of sims that go to school.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

TLDR: Jewelry made for school/career buffing can't be worn by child sims that go to school.
