This was probably fixed a while ago.

@nickienok I tested this and it seems that the entire purchase seeds menu disappears from the planter (for me it also disappeared from the computer) once you hit level 10 gardening (I did have to use cheats to test this but as others are seeing the same, given the pictures and I leveled up step by step, I don't think that's an issue)
For the computer it seems to move from inside the order menu to an option outside the order menu which I think is also a bug.
You should be able to still get them through Build Mode as others have pointed out.
Hey, thank you so much. I have found the seeds on the computer under purchase seeds. Still nothing on the planter though. Build/Buy works too. Just bought Rare, Uncommon, Farmers and Magical that I couldn't before.
My version is 1.23.

I am finding the same thing as @crinrict - None of my level 10 gardeners can purchase seeds from the planters or the gardens. The computer menu option changed as stated - it moved from inside the order menu to an option outside the menu.
There are two areas to purchase seeds on the computer (not including the seasonal and garlic) one comes under the the "order" menu, the other you have to click the computer, then click more choices until "purchase seeds" shows up, as the option within the "order" menu only shows the seasonal seeds. The build/buy menu doesn't unlock many of the seed options other than starter for high level gardeners who reached level 10 generally. I did have one level 10 gardener who could buy all seeds in build/buy EXCEPT for rare, uncommon ect lol.
There are 2 options for menus to appear which we can choose in the Options, I wonder if this has something to do with it?
